Ashly Atkins joined Linebarger in 2016 and is a partner working from our Dallas office.

She has been a practicing attorney since 2010, providing legal services in the areas of ad valorem tax issues, advising and representing clients in the collection of property tax receivables, and performing research in the areas of taxation, real estate, and contract law.

Ms. Atkins is an active member of her community, actively volunteering with the local food pantry and animal shelter in Oak Cliff, Texas as well as serving for multiple years as a past board member for the Richardson ISD Education Foundation.

Ms. Atkins was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2009 and is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government from University of Texas, Austin, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas.
