Daniel Bearden brings over 33 years of experience in all aspects of ad valorem tax collection to our North Texas clients. Mr. Bearden handles all aspects of delinquent property tax collections, from working out payment agreements with taxpayers to preparing suits for filing, managing cases in litigation, and assisting with tax foreclosure sales. He also assists with client needs for the Cities of Wilmer, Hutchins, and Balch Springs.
Before coming to the firm, Mr. Bearden worked for the Law Offices of Earl Luna, P.C., and its successor, The Law Offices of Robert E. Luna, for 27 years collecting delinquent ad valorem property taxes in State Court and in Federal Bankruptcy Courts.
Active at his local church, Mr. Bearden frequently volunteers for their charitable initiatives.
Mr. Bearden was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1990. He is licensed to practice before all Texas and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Bearden received his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1986.
