Julian Casillas provides litigation services for many of our Bexar County clients, including Bexar County, the City of San Antonio, and the majority of the school districts.

Mr. Casillas is a State Bar of Texas member and the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association member. He also serves as a San Antonio Independent School Board director and is a member of the Order of the Alamo, the San Antonio German Club, and the Texas Cavaliers and has served as the SAISD Foundation Golf Chair since 2021.

Mr. Casillas was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2018.

Mr. Casillas received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Trinity University in 2014. He undertook a joint degree program, receiving a Master’s in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech College of Human Sciences and his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2017.
