Karina Andrade oversees the day-to-day activities in the collection and prosecution of delinquent tax accounts in the Richmond Office location.

Upon obtaining her undergraduate degree, Ms. Andrade joined Linebarger as a legal assistant in the firm’s Post Judgment department. She later left the firm to pursue her legal academic endeavor. Ms. Andrade litigated personal injury matters with substantial participation in civil trials, which set the framework for her experience in litigation. She rejoined Linebarger in April of 2022 to pursue a renewed interest in the representation of governmental entities in the collection of ad valorem property taxes.

Ms. Andrade is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Fort Bend County Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Associate, and the Mexican-American Bar Association of Houston. Ms. Andrade provides legal consults on a pro bono basis at her local church. Also, she participates in outreach programs to serve her community.

Ms. Andrade was licensed to practice law by the Texas State Bar in October 2021.

Ms. Andrade received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Houston in 2017. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2021 from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
