As Linebarger’s Director of National Sales, Mr. Lombardo frequently travels to meet with clients and offer essential marketing support to the national sales team. He maintains regular consultations with operational units within the firm to ensure clients receive superior service.
Having earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration from the University of Alabama, Mr. Lombardo embarked on a successful career in the government collection services industry. He began at Nationwide Credit Inc. in 1988, later acquired by First Data, rising through management ranks to become Director of Operations, focusing primarily on federal contracts until 1998. He then transitioned to Worldwide, Inc. as Vice President of Operations until 2002. In 2003, he joined AllianceOne, later acquired by Teleperformance, as Vice President, overseeing operations and business development in the government division, with a primary focus on courts, tolling, and state and local government for 13 years. Mr. Lombardo joined Linebarger in August 2016.
With an acute understanding of government clients’ needs, Mr. Lombardo is dedicated to delivering superior collection programs. He stays updated on industry trends, best practices, technology, and regulations through memberships in organizations such as the National Association for Court Management (NACM), American Collectors Association International (ACA International), and Linebarger’s in-house continuing education program.
