Rashay Chapa has been providing legal support for all phases of delinquent tax collection from our Austin office since 2001.

Ms. Chapa has participated in many state and local seminars on property taxation and taught courses in Legal Terminology and Understanding the Legal System.

As a native Texan, Rashay prioritizes being an active participant in her community. As a scuba diver, she participates in Lake Travis clean-up efforts, removing trash and discarded items. She is also a member and volunteer of the Lago Vista High School Booster Club.

Ms. Chapa is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, and Texas Association of Assessing Officers.

Rashay received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas – Austin in 1991. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1994.
