Attorney Named to Small Business Committee

Linebarger bankruptcy attorney in the Houston office, Jeannie Andresen, was recently appointed to the Small Business & Subchapter V Committee for the Southern District of Texas. On this committee, Andresen will help to serve the local bankruptcy bar by advocating for improvements and refining bankruptcy practices and processes in Small Business and Subchapter V bankruptcy cases.

Prior to joining the Linebarger team, Andresen clerked for Chief Judge David Jones in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Texas where she drafted legal research memos, orders and opinions.
